Cocktail Sausages / Panchetta / Black Pepper

HEAT grill to 180C

THROW sausages under grill

TURN when browning

REMOVE and set aside 

LAY thin strips of panchetta on a board

ROLL sausages up inside panchetta

RETURN to grill

TURN after five minutes and remove after a further five

WRAP up warm and endulge
