COAT chicken breast in flour
SEASON well
BEAT egg in bowl
DIP chicken in beaten egg
COAT with breadcrumbs
HEAT oil in frying pan
SEAL chicken in hot oil two minutes each side
PLACE chicken in oven for 10-12 minutes
